Our carbon material is certified and tracked from material acquisition to lay up in the frames, preventing any substitution in material utilization. Our Lay Up technicians are trained, and experienced professionals, working in a clean, healthy and organized environment, capable of reading and understanding the lay up specifications of our monocoque frame designs. Our modern manufacturing facility exercises social responsibility, modern high tech void extraction and heat equipment, and properly controls the dissipation of carbon dust and scrap in the finishing process. Carbon dust and scraps are initially minimized by accurate lay up techniques in the mold. |
